I spent today doing nothing
Wasn't even out of bed till 4pm
No-one's home or they don't answer
I don't really blame them much

While the dirty dishes pile up
Half full or half empty?
I might know if i had a clean cup
But there's food on the table and i've still got my health
I might not have much material wealth
But i know i'm gonna be alive tomorrow
But i don't understand why i don't feel content
I've got a few close friends and i'm paying the rent
But i still need something to replace this sorrow inside

Thinking of you doing things that you like
